How cities are monitoring and evaluating their success.
This
document examines the work that a selection of cities globally has made towards
establishing sustainability indicators to monitor the success of their
sustainability plans. The research has focused on identifying the commonalities
between the cities analyzed to create a tool kit that will serve as a starting
point for other cities that are interested in establishing or developing
sustainability indicators. This paper will be shared among the cities in the
Sustainable Cities Network, and others that are interested in this topic.
