The Technical Assessment Report provides an
overview of the approach to this Award. It presents the technical assessment of
the Expert Panel for each of the 12 applicant cities, which forms the basis for
shortlisting the cities. This is presented per indicator per city for
transparency of the overall process. A supplementary report presents examples
of good practice across all 12 indicators via examples taken directly from the
cities applications.
